Lead and manage the development and planning of the growth strategy; Design marketing campaigns that will drive both acquisition and retention for the growth of business; Lead the execution of major projects and overall activities, including marketing activities (Digital, PR, social, OOH, LSM), promotion programs, product feedback & optimization; Own the relationship with Ops and other internal functions (Product, IT, Marketing, MBI) to ensure alignment and secure the support needed; Manage budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives, across both online and offline channels; Perform data monitoring and analysis daily/weekly and provide recommendations based on consumer insights; Lead and coach the execution team; Identify and/or review potential co-partnerships that are of brand fit to MoMo and negotiate for mutually beneficial terms.

Description

Đảm bảo vận hành dịch vụ của Agent Network tại các Điểm Giao Dịch (ĐGD) về mặt hệ thống, quy trình, nhận diện,… Kiểm soát ĐGD vận hành đúng theo các quy trình ISO, các quy định về AML, ABC, lưu trữ đầy đủ hồ sơ. Tiếp nhận yêu cầu và hỗ trợ ĐGD khi có phát sinh khiếu nại  Tính toán và chi trả hoa hồng cho ĐGD Hoàn thiện và quản lý hồ sơ của ĐGD

In charge of the overall management and execution of major marketing campaigns, promotional programs, launching of new product features, and other projects as required; Work with cross functional team including data analytics and product development to generate ideas, and develop an end-to-end growth plan; Work with data analytics team to create and perform key reports, analyze for the management team for the reporting and decision making regarding the projects; Work with the creative and operations team for the execution of marketing and communications plans.
