Content Marketing Team Leader

Local Discovery is our new initiative to further help users to discover local businesses near them. Momo has very rich and meaningful content generated by Momo users about local businesses. We are looking for a seasoned Content Marketing Team Leader to distribute these user-generated-content to a much wider audience through online content distribution strategies and diverse channels and platforms, and drive new users to Momo apps. If you are looking to own a key part in our new initiative of Local Discovery, work in Vietnamese biggest e-wallet, and work with a cross functional team, this role is for you.

What you will do
  • Analyze online usage trends, traffic across platforms and channels (Facebook, Google search, etc.) to drive content strategy for MoMo;
    • Identify key initiatives to boost MoMo SEO search ranking, content strategy distribution;
    • Research and identify what content strategy works best;
  • Build and algorithm-generate and launch successful content distribution that provide meaningful value to new users; 
  • Influence the content generation team roadmaps based on the content strategy distribution;
  • Drive new users to MoMo apps via content strategy across different platforms and channels;
  • Work with the Product and engineering team to define the new users’ sign-up flows across platforms;
  • Analyze what distribution strategy, content, platform and sign-up flows work best;
  • Understand conversion funnel metrics and are able to iterate quickly to optimize funnel conversion;
  • Develop a marketing and product requirements in collaboration with product managers, design, analytics, data science, engineering teams and other cross-functional partners;
  • Define long-term roadmaps, prioritize features and evangelize content marketing insights to executives, product managers, sales, business development, go-to-market team and other stakeholders at MoMo;
What you will need
  • Have 4+ years of Content Marketing Distribution. 
  • Experience of user generated content, content growth marketing, Food & Beverage vertical is a plus;
  • Have user obsession: Genuinely care for users, you understand users’ psychology and you know what content and flows and frictions work best for users;
  • Know how to Analytical: Solid understanding of metrics and strong analytical skill, with experience in A/B testing;
  • Work cross-functional: Work closely with the Engineering team, Product Management team, Design team, Market Business Insight team, Data Science, Go to market team, etc.;
  • Be a problem solver: Connect the dots, make sense of data, and offer creative solutions to unblock the team to execute;
  • Have good communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with many stakeholders across different parts of the organization; 
  • Be excellent in execution;
  • Have a balance between strategic thinking and attention to details.
