What you will do
Design and deploycompensation & benefits plans that are aligned with the company’s businessobjectives and talent strategy;
Conduct, compile,and present research, analysis, and modeling to support deployment ofcompetitive, and impactful compensation, and benefits programs;
Iterate on and leaddeployment of the company compensation review process (salary, short-termincentive, and long-term incentives) including input on budgeting, and externalmarket data, in partnership with HRBPs;
What you will need
- Utilize and maintaining operational tools to monitor network status and performance;
- Identify all types of network problems, outages, and impact;
- Work with service providers to mitigate poor network performance or outages;
- Track and report status on issues and outages;
- Escalate issues appropriately, accurately, and in a timely manner;
- Performe network issue investigations including event correlation and forensics;
- Determine root causes and performing full root cause analysis;
- Interface with other groups to collaborate and support network change work;
- Make emergency network and network service changes where necessary;
- Manage ticket receipt, updates, escalation, completion, and closeout;
- Update, maintain, and follow operational/engineering processes and procedures;
- Administer network services tools;
- Validate documentation accuracy;
- Review and update network diagrams.
